    The migration is complete! The Thru Support Portal has officially moved to its new home within the Boomi Support Portal.

    All support requests and ticket management will now take place on the new platform.

    Accessing the Portal:
    Please use the link above to access support from now on. We recommend bookmarking it for future use.

    Sign In:
    You may need to register again on the new portal. Please use the same email address you used for the previous Thru portal to ensure you can access your ticket history.

    Viewing Past Tickets:
    To find your previously submitted tickets, sign in, click your profile icon (top right), and select "Requests".

    New Tickets:
    All new support tickets must be created in the new Boomi portal.
